NTB Survey LTD are a land surveying company based in Bury, Greater Manchester. Their Managing Director, Nick came to us in the 4th year of his business. Whilst NTB had experienced tremendous growth throughout those first few years, they had big ambitions. By the end of the following 4 years, they wanted to hit £1 million in turnover & be well on their way to becoming the biggest survey house in the country. Nick acknowledged that the business could not achieve this on their own & they needed our help to position their brand correctly in order to achieve these goals.
This relationship started with one of our workshops. We went into NTB’s office to sit down with their team & test a lot of the preconceptions they had about their own business, with regards to brand values & their unique selling point. This proved a really useful exercise & the basis of a lot of our marketing moving forwards. It is always interesting to see if the Directors & the team are on the same page, as without these workshops a lot of companies never have these conversations & work on presumptions. Their Managing Director, Nick had this to say about the workshop “Me & the team thought that was energising & I’m excited about what we can do together over the course of the next couple of years”.
Shortly after this workshop, Sublevo Creative partnered with NTB Survey LTD, a partnership which has continued to grow over time with our agreed marketing output continuing to get larger. In this time, we have done a lot of work around showcasing their projects, creating branded marketing materials such as service brochures & portfolios, both printed & electronic. NTB have found this really beneficial to explain the value they can bring to people whilst also enhancing the experience of their meetings, where they are now able to present a beautifully printed brochure which keeps them in mind well beyond the end of their interaction. We also manage their website & are involved in various other parts of their marketing output.
